Absolutely. There are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Yes. When you sign up for Pro, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial period.

A property analysis is when you enter an address and receive property data, valuations, rent estimates, comparable sales, and AI insights. Running investment calculators on a property you have already analyzed does not count as an additional analysis.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Pro annual is $278/year (equivalent to $23.17/mo) and Enterprise annual is $950/year (equivalent to $79.17/mo).

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you keep access to your existing analyses, deals, and saved properties. You simply lose access to premium features like advanced calculators, AI tools, and PDF downloads until you upgrade again.
